To become a NovelPress author, you must meet these requirements:

You retain full ownership and copyright of all original content you publish on NovelPress. Your stories are yours.
License to NovelPress
By publishing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
- Display and distribute your content on our platform
- Promote through our marketing channels
- Create thumbnails and excerpts for promotion
We will never sell or sublicense your content to third parties without your explicit consent.
3. Revenue & Monetization
NovelPress retains the remaining percentage to cover platform costs, payment processing, and operations.

- ✓ Original work you created
- ✓ Proper content ratings applied
- ✓ Accurate genre classification
- ✓ Mature content properly tagged
Prohibited
- ✗ Plagiarized content
- ✗ Copyright infringement
- ✗ Illegal content involving minors
- ✗ Malicious code or links
6. Exclusive Content Benefits
Authors may opt to make specific novels exclusive to NovelPress and receive premium benefits:
Exclusivity is optional and negotiated separately. By default, your content is non-exclusive.
7. Termination
If You Leave
- • Content remains unless you request removal
- • Pending earnings paid on normal schedule
- • Active purchases remain valid for buyers
We May Terminate For
- • Violation of terms or guidelines
- • Copyright infringement / plagiarism
- • Fraudulent activity
- • 12+ months of inactivity
