How do I create an account?
Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner. You can register with your email address or use social login options. After registration, verify your email to unlock all features.
How do I find novels to read?

- • Rankings: Check our leaderboards for top novels
- • Search: Use the search bar for specific titles
- • Reading Lists: Discover curated collections
What are coins and how do I get them?
Coins are our virtual currency for premium chapters. Get coins by:
- • Purchase: Buy coin packages
- • Daily Rewards: Claim free coins daily
- • Achievements: Complete achievements

How do I unlock premium chapters?
Click on a locked chapter and choose:
- • Single Chapter: Unlock one at a time
- • Bulk Unlock: Multiple chapters at a discount
- • Novel Pass: Unlimited access to all chapters
Can I read offline?
Yes! NovelPress is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Install it on your device and previously loaded chapters will be available offline.
How do I customize my reading experience?
Click the settings icon while reading to customize theme (Light/Dark/Sepia), font size, line spacing, and font family. Preferences sync across devices.

Payments & Coins
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, PayPal, and Apple Pay/Google Pay where supported. All transactions are secure.
Can I get a refund?
Coin purchases are generally non-refundable. We consider refunds for technical issues, duplicate purchases, or unauthorized transactions. Contact support within 7 days.
Do coins expire?
Purchased coins never expire. Bonus/promotional coins may have expiration dates shown in your coin history.

Account & Settings
How do I change my password?
Go to Profile → Settings → Security and click "Change Password". You'll need to enter your current password and your new password twice.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This action is irreversible - all your data, reading history, and purchases will be permanently deleted.
How do I become an author?
Apply through the "Become an Author" page. Once approved, you can publish novels and earn from your content. Read our Author Terms for details.
