As Lu exerted himself in agriculture, desperately scraping the resources of this world and raising the cap for the group, the entire world did not come to a halt.
In fact, his approach was correct because it seemed the frontline couldn’t hold for much longer....
"Do the Ancient Gods of the Lower Realm still refuse to be summoned?"
"Yes... even fewer than usual have come, all are some bewildered New Gods who have just completed the conditions for ascension."
On the void Temple of Ten Thousand Gods, within the simple and direct communication between Deities, it was filled with despair and fury.
In their view, while they fought for the world, when the world fell into crisis, you bastards were dragging them down.
Do you not realize when the world collapses, everyone will perish?
"Actually, some Ancient Gods have already left the Lower Realm...."
"How is that possible! How did they do it... outsiders?! Those outsiders!!"
The furious emotion was filled with helplessness and despair; once the closed nature of the whole world was shattered, too many things had spiraled out of control.
Originally completely isolated from the outside, the Earth Realm and the Underworld gradually opened up to the outer world; while invaders and reinforcements could arrive, residents inside also had more choices.
"The Underworld is actually alright, the Earth Realm is a mess..."
"Disasters occurred there endlessly while resistance is weak. Too many Exotic Realm Invaders have flooded in, it has already transformed into a human purgatory."
"Some ancient beings and Divine Envoys have attempted to descend to the Earth Realm... but they were restricted by the arrival limitation of the world’s essence, the power they could exert is quite limited."
"A large number of Earth Realm residents died, some were permanently devoured by outsiders, some caused a population surge in the Underworld."
"The Underworld fell into chaotic warfare, it’s understandable why the Ancient Gods didn’t provide assistance....."
When disaster struck, bad news was everywhere.
The three-layered world, originally a balanced combat power assembly line, was a stable frontline and peaceful rear fusion, but now it had become a drafty broken house, with obvious contradictions arising between layers.
This was reality; different environments and interests brought about different stances; the originally intricate societal design, under external pressure, collapsed and became more fragile.
Some Ancient Gods have chosen to leave, some were given tickets by human forces, some acquired power themselves, and some came from the other outsiders....
"There’s confirmed news that some Ancient Gods of the Underworld have defected to the Invaders..."
The most brutal reality was laid bare directly.
Some old Strongmen, from the start, refused to become the so-called Ten Thousand Gods, and didn’t want to continuously expend Life on the frontline.
Thus, they either chose to leave or naturally chose to defect..... perhaps for themselves, it was just changing identity and title, they could still act independently.
But for the whole world, it was an undeniable disaster.
"The territories of those defecting Ancient Gods have become new entrances for Exotic Realm Invaders....."
Ancient Gods who changed allegiance were invaded by the Demon Gods of the Foreign Domain, becoming new wounds in the world, turning the previously scattered Exotic Realm Invaders into massive production.
Like every world approaching twilight, traitors and Loyalists emerged in large numbers simultaneously, and in most cases, their choices had nothing to do with the future of the world....
"This world might not hold on for long."
Lu Ping’an’s judgment was increasingly validated by intelligence.
The reconnaissance cavalry, flying soldiers brought back bad news; they encountered obvious outsiders here.
A large number of Metal Creatures, Stone Monsters, appeared in this world, along with many floating black humanoid Magic Monsters, beginning to hunt down weaker Deities.
"Even without outside intelligence, anyone who looks up at the sky can see that disaster is imminent....."
In the sky above, the torn gash in the world expanded every moment.
Outside that dark black hole void was the boundless emptiness, just observing it brings a fear of having one’s Soul stolen away.
Occasionally, very rarely, when a gigantic phantom of an eye appears there, the entire world sees the indescribable existence outside peering in, the deep-seated fear and anxiety could break any resolute will.
The older they were, the more likely they were afraid of Death.
They certainly weren’t battle-hardened human Gods, and they didn’t know what the outsiders truly meant, the incomprehensible unknowns made even them fear and unease.
Perhaps in their awareness, from the moment the World Barrier appeared, the other side could at any time shred the world, taking them along.
"Large areas of Exotic Realm have already appeared, local strange elemental life forms have begun to emerge..."

Disaster strikes often when you perceive it, it’s already unknowingly surrounding you.
Lu Ping’an saw with his own eyes, just outside the Silver City, those earth and stones, small hills in front of him were mutating into Rock Monsters and devouring Earth Sharks.
This doesn’t mean surrounding areas already have Outer Realm Evil Gods, but rather the worse and irreversible reality.
"They are beginning to pierce the fundamental rules of this world, local resources and Souls autonomously transforming into Exotic Realm life forms, they are taking over the ownership of this world."
What would ultimately happen? Lu Ping’an was actually not sure either.
After all, previously he lacked the qualification and ability to truly endure until the world’s destruction.
If the world was truly beyond saving, what would happen?
"It would be torn apart piece by piece, devoured by Evil Gods, taken away by other worlds, a large number of life forms either becoming the fortune of great existences or being cast as worthless garbage, abandoned in the void....."
And the one responding to Lu Ping’an, was Chris.
From the stormy emotions beneath her calm exterior, perhaps this wasn’t just what she heard, but witnessed.....
"You have seen it too....."
"That Moon God, when it was devoured it wasn’t just the Moon God’s essence but also the physical moon and the Concept of the Moon of that world."
Hearing this, Lu Ping’an fell silent.
The Silent Mountain Range World’s last wonders were numerous, in the future, could this world also develop in such a way?
If those monsters, demons, and ghosts truly arrive, perhaps I should begin considering ahead.
"No, you misunderstood, it’s not a matter of whether they come or not... this world has a higher cap than the Silent Mountain Range World, more valuable."
"Do you mean it’s not only certain they will come....."
"It will be more lively than the Silent Mountain Range World, when the world steps into its conclusion, throughout the Multi-universe it will emit the fragrance of a ’rotten fruit’, the Demonic Hour is destined to come, and it will be very despairing."
Chris’s judgment was too realistic.
But do the local Deities and Mortals truly resign themselves to a fate without salvation?
"The Salvation Army has already appeared, flying the banner of resisting the Invaders and saving the world... but I feel they just want to sell themselves at a good price."
