Becca Reyes looked around and saw no movement; she finally squatted down next to Flossie Wright and asked cautiously, "Is it just you left?"
"Where’s your stuff?" Becca Reyes scrutinized Flossie Wright and noticed a serious problem.
"It was confiscated." Flossie Wright spoke indifferently.
"What?" Surprised, Becca Reyes looked at her incredulously, then promptly asked, "Who did it?"
Glancing up, Flossie Wright looked at her and replied calmly, "Glenn Hutchinson."
"No wonder..."
Becca Reyes suddenly realized.
The fact that someone could confiscate Flossie Wright’s belongings was hard for Becca Reyes to believe, but if it was Glenn Hutchinson, then the situation was entirely different.
In Becca Reyes’s view, Glenn Hutchinson was a true god of war. Even for Flossie Wright, whom Becca admired for her great ability, failing in the hands of Glenn Hutchinson was understandable.
After all, his capabilities were evident.
Flossie Wright glanced at her helplessly.
"What’s the situation on your side?" Flossie Wright wrung the seawater out of her sleeves and asked Becca Reyes.
"I’m patrolling this area." Becca Reyes spread her hands, explaining.
Because they had a conflict with the friendly forces, they were somewhat targeted by them, so all six frogmen were sent out to patrol.
If there were to be a direct confrontation on the beach with the blue forces, these frogmen would have no chance to participate in the battle.
"The gunfire over there," Flossie Wright paused, looked at Becca Reyes sideways, and raised an eyebrow to ask, "Did you hear it?"
"Yeah." Becca Reyes nodded.
The island was very quiet; if she hadn’t heard such a big commotion, she would have been deaf.
"Not going to support?" Flossie Wright looked up.
"Not allowed," Becca Reyes said with resignation. "Who knows what they’re thinking, they just don’t trust us, that’s all."
Flossie Wright found this quite surprising.
It seemed like the conflict between them was more significant than she had heard.
Compared to this, her team’s situation was probably much better.
After thinking for a moment, Flossie Wright got up from the ground, but then she paused, as if she remembered something, and continued to ask Becca Reyes, "What about communications?"
"Cut off." Becca Reyes stood up too and then looked at Flossie Wright skeptically, "Yours too?"
Flossie Wright responded with a nod.
Since she had been captured, she hadn’t had the chance to make contact, and she didn’t know the status of the radio.
But now it seemed, the electronic countermeasures of the blue forces were too strong; they had been dominating the airwaves for such a long time.
Becca Reyes’s expression was somewhat despondent.
"You still have a gun?" Flossie Wright returned to her usual demeanor and asked.
After a glance at her, Becca Reyes immediately understood, took out both guns she carried, and offered them to Flossie Wright, "Rifle and handgun, pick one."
Flossie Wright chose a handgun.
For her, handguns and rifles were equally effective.
A handgun just had a shorter range, but it was still good enough for self-defense.
"Oh right," looking at the rifle in her hand, Becca Reyes pursed her lips and quickly thought of something, "I have two military knives on me, I’ll give you one."
As she said this, Becca Reyes pulled out a military knife hidden in her boot and handed it to Flossie Wright.
Flossie Wright tended to carry a lot of military knives, which Becca Reyes knew. If Flossie Wright had been searched, Becca guessed she wouldn’t have any weapons left on her.
Luckily, Becca Reyes had learned from Flossie Wright to always have a backup plan, so she had brought an extra military knife for this exercise.
It turned out to be just in time.
Flossie Wright took both the pistol and the military knife.
"What now?" Becca Reyes asked.
"Let’s find out where the enemy is."
Playing with the military knife in her hand, Flossie Wright’s eyes became slightly colder.
Having been tortured so badly, she had to kill at least one in revenge.

Becca Reyes narrowed her eyes, barely concealing her excitement.
To hell with the friendly commanding officer’s orders!
It was bad enough that they didn’t believe in their strength, but to not cooperate with them and forcibly split up a team that was meant to work together, leaving these frogmen to fight alone, was intolerable.
She had long wanted to disregard these rules.
Acting alongside Flossie Wright was exactly what Becca Reyes hoped for.
Without any hesitation, Becca Reyes followed Flossie Wright’s pace.
Flossie Wright had heard the combat plan from Glenn Hutchinson.
If they weren’t in collusion and putting on an act in front of her, then she had some control over the whereabouts of the other three.
Flossie Wright only needed to glance at any map to remember about seventy to eighty percent of it.
Understanding the terrain and movement patterns, locating someone generally wasn’t a problem.
The sky was turning white.
The darkness gradually receded, the faint light descended upon the tree-laden island, expanding the field of vision and making the scenery more distinct.
Flossie Wright and Becca Reyes were hidden in the bushes.
The vegetation wasn’t completely withered and yellow, concealing their figures with ease.
From a distance, they could see someone approaching.
"We don’t have a sniper rifle, can we do this?"
Lying next to Flossie Wright, Becca Reyes focused on the target and asked in a hushed voice.
According to what Becca Reyes had learned, at such a distance, one would either wait for the target to come closer for a stealth attack or have a sniper take them out with a single shot.
Clearly, the enemy felt secure at the moment.
Because, as they had anticipated, the snipers were indeed ambushed on the beach, and by this time, they had been eliminated by Glenn Hutchinson.
Watching the approaching figure intently, Flossie Wright spoke confidently.
Just as she had predicted.
The man approaching was Dixon Garrison.
She had interacted with all four.
Glenn Hutchinson was completely out of the question, Jude Marsh’s strength was unfathomable, and Dallion Collins, as a sniper...
As a budding sniper herself, Flossie Wright could gauge Dallion Collins’ abilities, so she ruled him out as well.
In the end, that left Dixon Garrison.
Having sparred with him, Flossie Wright had a good grasp of his strengths.
And dealing with him would be much easier.
With Flossie Wright’s assurance, Becca Reyes’s anxiety quickly dissipated, and she lay low on the ground, waiting to see what would happen next.
