However, regardless of the reason, Glenn Hutchinson never considered intervening in the ten-day training.
In other words, he had planned the training for six months and arranged all the time. He wasn’t too interested in whether individual students could stay, but rather in how many people would qualify in the end.
This session was different from the previous one; there was no one in this class that particularly caught his attention.
Glenn Hutchinson almost naturally regarded this group of students with a regular mindset.
No exceptions, no special treatment.
In fact, he wasn’t particularly bothered by what kind of results would emerge from these ten days.
Glenn Hutchinson watched their impromptu test with Flossie Wright.
Glenn Hutchinson focused on Luna Vaughan, while Flossie Wright focused on the six-person team.
Since they had temporarily taken on this mission, they could not disregard them.
The six-person team started earlier than Luna Vaughan, but they lagged far behind her. When Flossie saw Luna Vaughan return from her armed swim, the six-person team was nowhere in sight.
Luna Vaughan stood before Glenn Hutchinson, looking straight at him as she shouted.
Flossie Wright glanced at her.
Coming out of the water, she was soaked, her clothes still dripping, even with ice shards clinging on. Luna Vaughan’s attractive face was deathly pale from the cold, yet her demeanor remained indifferent, not even a frown.
Such cold, yet she remained calm.
"You passed," Glenn Hutchinson spoke in a bland tone, calmly refusing, "I don’t need to help."
Luna Vaughan lightly furrowed her brows.
Quite a few ice shards mixed with snowflakes lingered on her brows, as if they dyed a layer of white.
Flossie Wright raised a brow, instinctively glancing at Glenn Hutchinson.
Glenn Hutchinson was serious, with no intention of joking around.
After a moment, Luna Vaughan regained her composure, her brows relaxed, and she shouted word by word, "Thank you, Instructor!"
As soon as the words fell, Luna Vaughan turned around and strode out of the training ground.
Callie Stewart, who had been waiting for the result from the start, had been watching the situation. After witnessing this, she pondered for a moment, then coldly followed in Luna Vaughan’s footsteps.
"Asking for trouble?"
Slowly walking beside Luna Vaughan, Callie Stewart spoke coldly, with a hint of mockery.
Luna Vaughan glanced at her and said nothing.
Cold to the bone, who has the mind to care?
However, Callie Stewart didn’t leave despite the setback, and instead, she furrowed her brow and asked, "Why ask him?"
Stopping, Luna Vaughan stood straight, gave her a cool glance, and countered, "Who else but him?"
Callie Stewart laughed with obvious sarcasm.
Luna Vaughan withdrew her gaze, disinclined to pay her any heed, and headed straight towards the dormitory.
In minus ten-degree weather, having swam in the bone-chilling river, no matter how strong Luna Vaughan’s physique was, she couldn’t pretend nothing had happened.
It’s not about the pain!
Callie Stewart stopped, not leaving with Luna Vaughan.
Just curious, moving won’t kill you, and Callie Stewart certainly didn’t mean to express human kindness.
Yet before she could return to the training ground, another figure stood beside her.
"Going to find Flossie Wright?"
Nancy Phillips crossed her arms, her tone leisurely, as if asking casually.
"Give me a reason." Callie Stewart lifted her eyelid and glanced at her.
She hadn’t had much interaction with Nancy Phillips, only knowing she had some skills and held back in many subjects without showing full strength, so Callie Stewart did not really trust her.
This sudden "invitation" couldn’t be just a whim, and Callie Stewart certainly wouldn’t believe it.
"No reason, just need company."
Nancy Phillips shrugged her shoulders as if it really was a sudden whim.
"I don’t need it." Callie Stewart coldly refused.
"She’s stronger than you." Nancy Phillips looked at her slowly, suddenly throwing out such a sentence.
Brow twitching, Callie Stewart obviously cared, but moments later, she said, "No matter how strong she is, it doesn’t mean she can teach me."
"Won’t you give it a try?" Nancy Phillips raised a brow and extended the invitation again.
Callie Stewart coldly curled her lips, "Why not?"
She also wanted to see what that eccentric Night Vice Officer was capable of!
Flossie Wright was discussing Jude Marsh’s information with Glenn Hutchinson.
Regarding his soldiers, Glenn Hutchinson certainly held clear records; aside from asking Jude Marsh, it was most convenient to consult Glenn Hutchinson.
No wonder Iris Dukes came looking for Flossie Wright.
Flossie Wright would agree to her request and wouldn’t casually spill the details; it was easiest to inquire with Glenn Hutchinson. For that little eccentric, this was the simplest method.
Glenn Hutchinson, understanding her intention, was not averse to addressing the marriage matters of his nearly thirty-year-old soldier, so he shared everything with Flossie Wright.
Only at the end did Flossie Wright suddenly realize the terrifying amount of information inside Glenn Hutchinson’s mind.
Knowing the hobbies of an underling was eerily impressive.
"That’s about it." Glenn Hutchinson summarized after saying quite a bit.
Flossie Wright nodded.
Meanwhile, the six-person team also emerged from the river, soaking wet as they ran over.
Before them arrived two unexpected individuals.
Nancy Phillips and Callie Stewart.
"Report, we wish for your assistance!"
Stopping in front of Flossie Wright, Nancy Phillips gazed into her eyes, each word in her strong request carried nerve-wracking seriousness.
Flossie Wright calmly observed the two of them.
Seeing little sincerity, noticing more of their probing.
Flossie Wright couldn’t help but curl her lips into a smile.
There really are those unafraid of death, rushing to meet her head-on!
