"Nephew, don’t be fooled by that vixen. She is intentionally stirring up trouble!"
The fishmonger couple looked at Nigel Ferguson with unpleasant expressions, blaming everything on Flossie Wright. However, Nigel, who had hardened his heart to the point of no turning back before coming here, turned a deaf ear to their pleas.
Actually, at first, Nigel was reluctant to turn on his relatives, even though he knew they were using his family’s background to bully others at the Vegetable Market. All the other fish sellers dared not challenge them, watching as their business was taken over.
But blood ties are not something that can be easily broken, so he repeatedly tolerated their behavior.
Yet, Flossie Wright’s determination was able to harden his resolve completely.
Flossie merely told Nigel the exact story of Yvonne Watson’s experience at the Vegetable Market without exaggeration. The original story was enough to make Nigel furious.
"Take care."
Flossie, who had been ignored by them, signaled a casual goodbye and headed for the woman’s three-wheeled vehicle parked aside.
"Bitch, don’t think you can just leave!"
The fishmonger’s wife, who was suddenly facing eviction by her own nephew, was furious, pointing at Flossie’s departing figure, wishing she could rush over and beat her up.
Unexpectedly, Nigel hardened his face, shouting at them angrily, "What do you want to do? Cause trouble again?!"
The fishmonger’s wife looked at him in shock, moved her mouth, and cast a fierce glance at Flossie’s departing silhouette. She swallowed her anger, but it was clear from her heaving chest that she hadn’t let it go yet.
However, her mental changes had nothing to do with Flossie anymore.
Once Flossie finished her mission, she pushed the three-wheeler to continue shopping. After confirming that all the ingredients were bought, she left the Vegetable Market calmly under the envious eyes of other vendors.
As soon as Flossie pushed the tricycle out, Yvonne Watson beckoned to her from outside with a rather stiff smile on her face, seeming to be guilty of something.
"Let’s go."
Flossie took a brief look at her awkward expression, spoke indifferently as if nothing had happened, and led the three-wheeler towards home.
With a handful of bags, Yvonne Watson hesitated while looking at Flossie’s retreating figure. She quickly caught up, loaded all the things onto the tricycle, and enthusiastically helped Flossie.
"Flossie, they... didn’t bully you, did they?"
A guilty Yvonne, burdened by her conscience, plucked up the courage to slowly ask Flossie.
"No," Flossie briefly responded, not seemingly bothered about it.
True, Yvonne had tricked her, but she had also avenged herself on Yvonne on the sly...
It was a fair trade-off.
Seeing the relieved and awkward Yvonne Watson, Flossie finally breathed a sigh of relief once she confirmed that she truly was normal.
Flossie hadn’t wasted much time at the Vegetable Market, and with her acceleration of Yvonne’s pace, they made it to the kitchen of the cooking class just in time.
"That’s acceptable."
The chief, who had seen them arrive on time for the first time these few days, finally relaxed a little, but his attitude towards them hadn’t improved much.
"Flossie Wright."

After examining the newly bought ingredients, the chief’s gaze landed precisely on Flossie.
Flossie responded.
Yvonne’s heart skipped a beat in surprise and looked at Flossie, wondering if she had bought back some bad ingredients?
"Run an errand for me," the chief said without concern for the food, pointing to a prepared thermos. "Deliver this to someone."
"Who?" Flossie frowned.
Who dared to make the chief blatantly show favoritism?
"Go to the Training Ground and look for those in camouflage," the chief said casually, "Find the most handsome one who isn’t training and give it to him."
Flossie: "..."
