"Captain, there’s trouble with the new recruits!"
The voice outside belonged to Willie Ash.
He wasn’t an Instructor and couldn’t intervene with the new recruits, so naturally, he could only play the role of a messenger.
Glenn Hutchinson slightly lowered his head and glanced out of the window. After catching a glimpse of the increasingly distant figure and pausing for a moment, he withdrew his gaze.
Leaving the window.
Glenn Hutchinson returned to his desk, took the keys from the drawer, and then headed towards the door.
Opening the door.
There were two people standing outside.
Willie Ash and Harris Caleb, who had just barged in and, incidentally, locked the door.
After hearing whatever Harris Caleb had said, Willie Ash was standing there with a dumbfounded look, his eyes wide with confusion.
Harris Caleb was leaning against the door with his arms crossed over his chest, indifferent, as if none of this concerned him.
Glenn Hutchinson didn’t bother to question him.
"What happened?"
With a slight deepening of his expression, Glenn Hutchinson asked Willie Ash directly.
Willie Ash looked at him, his eyes shifting around, specifically scanning the Captain’s office as if searching for someone the Captain might be "hiding".
There wasn’t a soul in sight.
Probably hidden away.
Muttering to himself in his mind, Willie Ash pondered briefly before responding, "I’m not entirely sure what’s going on, it was Joshua Bailey who asked me to come and relay the message. He asked me to tell you that Mariana Buck and Cassie Ferguson have started fighting."
As he said this, Willie Ash felt quite helpless.
Initially, Joshua Bailey seemed to be on his way to notify you himself, but he ran into Deputy Captain Harris Caleb halfway there and asked him to pass along the message.
Unexpectedly—
No one showed up after a long wait.
Therefore, Willie Ash had no choice but to be the errand boy.
Hearing Willie Ash’s report, Glenn Hutchinson responded in a distinctly uninterested tone.
Willie Ash, despite successfully delivering the message, felt a complete lack of accomplishment.
Why is it so—
disappointing?!
"Move aside."
Giving Willie Ash, who was blocking the way, a glance, Glenn Hutchinson spoke coolly.
There was an authoritative tone in his voice that did not need to express anger to be felt.
Subconsciously, Willie Ash took a couple of steps to the side, clearing a path for Glenn Hutchinson.
Without any hurry, Glenn Hutchinson paused then looked up at Harris Caleb standing on the other side.
"I won’t go."
Before Glenn Hutchinson could ask him, Harris Caleb flatly refused.
His gaze becoming icy, Glenn Hutchinson asked, "Where’s the key?"
Frowning, Harris Caleb looked up, meeting his gaze head-on.
Feeling the stifling pressure of their conversation, Willie Ash silently took two steps back.
Conversations between the Captain and Deputy Captain were always perplexing.
And they could have collateral damage.
He needed to minimize his presence.
Otherwise, he wouldn’t even know how he died.
"Throw away the key, then get a new one made," Glenn Hutchinson said in a voice that was heavy yet undisputable.
"Depends on my mood."
Harris Caleb restrained his arrogance but remained firm in his attitude.
Glenn Hutchinson withdrew his gaze.
Turned around and left.

Willie Ash shrank his neck, his heart trembling.
Following the noise, Glenn Hutchinson arrived at the training ground.
Most of the trainees were gathered there, watching the spectacle, the entire family, the bystanders.
Only the Instructor, Joshua Bailey, was standing at the side, but he showed no intention of breaking up the fight; instead, he looked on with interest from a distance.
Surprisingly, Flossie Wright, who should have been far away, was also standing outside.
