However, never would he guess in his wildest imaginings that the woman who coerced him was nothing more than a soldier.
And she, truly, would not harm him.
"Where is your boss?"
Flossie Wright arched her eyebrows, going straight to the point.
She came here to see the boss, not to deliberately stir up disputes. As long as the negotiation went well, everything would be fine, but if anything went wrong, she could not guarantee that she wouldn’t wreck this pub.
The conversation between them was straightforward, and the other waiters in the pub, who had stopped their cleaning tasks and were looking at her with astonishment, probably understood her importance from her questions. After hesitating for a moment, they decided to report to the boss.
Considering it was a business, it was definitely preferable to avoid brawls.
Although fights were no uncommon thing in their pub.
The boss was not at the pub. After receiving the call, even though he had no idea who the caller was, he hurried back.
In the meantime, Flossie Wright chose a comfortable sofa to sit on without any hesitation. Some of the waiters continued to clean up, but two were deliberately sent to serve her, placing the pub’s signature cocktails and some fruit respectfully on the coffee table in front of her.
And Flossie Wright accepted everything very calmly.
She sat gracefully on the sofa, with a colorful cocktail in her slender, exquisite hand, her movements casual and relaxed. She seemed leisurely and at ease. Not eager to drink, seemingly savoring the moment. As she faced the many glances from the side, her composure demonstrated a sense of control over everything. Her elegance and nobility resembled that of a queen.
The waiters could do nothing but admit their defeat.

All along, they thought that she was just pretending to be powerful, so they scrutinized her meticulously with the intention to find any flaws. To their surprise, she never paid them any regard, her strong aura remained undiminished. That undeniable presence and overwhelming presence made each approaching waiter take a long mental preparation.
Half an hour later, the boss of the pub finally arrived, he looked Flossie over before finally approaching her, following the cues from his staff.
"I’m sorry to have kept you waiting."
Having heard about Flossie’s behavior and observing her aura, the pub boss dared not take her lightly. With a tone that hinted at respect, he put on a pretentious smile.
"The wait doesn’t matter, but..." Flossie, who was casually toying with the cocktail glass in her hand, leaned back lazily on the sofa, fully unleashing her aura. The sharp gaze hidden behind her sunglasses struck the boss right in his forehead. Her voice laced with a hint of coldness, "You lack sincerity."
Her voice was like a cold blade gliding across his ear, making the boss shudder. Involuntarily, he wet his dry lips, but this only seemed to exacerbate the dryness - there was a nervousness rising from within his heart, which could not be suppressed.
"What do you mean?"
The pub’s boss stood still, asking with uncertainty.
Suddenly, there was a "pop" as the glass was harshly placed onto the coffee table. Simultaneously, Flossie rapped the table a few times, each faint sound carrying with it a distinct threat.
The tension in the air continued to spread. Not only was the pub boss petrified, but even the other waiters, despite being a considerable distance away, could feel the chilling sensation, constantly on edge.
