With a glance, she saw the open window above at an angle, the cold wind rushing in from outside, even making the window creak.
Just as she was about to turn over, Flossie Wright glanced down and saw the figure on the ground bed below, illuminated in the moonlight from outside.
Glenn Hutchinson lay on his side facing her, not asleep, meeting her gaze with his deep eyes, their sights crossing briefly in the dark night, unexpectedly without any communication.
After a while, Flossie Wright, almost beyond her control, opened her mouth, "Cold?"
Glenn Hutchinson responded with one word, firmly.
Coming back to her senses, Flossie Wright silently looked down on him.
Then, she shifted toward the wall, coldly tossing out two words, "Get up here."
After speaking, she turned over, facing the wall.
Almost the next moment, she felt the bed dip, and Glenn Hutchinson, along with the quilt, got onto the bed.
The bed wasn’t very big. Nobody initially expected someone else to stay here, so there was no preparation of a double bed; on the other hand, they didn’t have the resources and energy for such things. Still, compared to the dormitory’s single beds, this one was considered relatively spacious.
When Flossie Wright and Belinda Nichols had shared a single bed, they were equally cramped sleeping there. The addition of Glenn Hutchinson didn’t have much of an impact on her here.
The only influence, perhaps, was that Glenn Hutchinson blocked all the wind for her, leaving her feeling no chill at all.
In fact, it wasn’t until Glenn Hutchinson got onto the bed that Flossie Wright belatedly realized it would have been easier to just close the window.
Therefore, however she thought about it, it was a bit embarrassing, so Flossie said nothing further.
Soon after, she fell into a deep sleep.

She slept soundly until dawn.
Having slept deeply, when Flossie Wright woke up, Glenn Hutchinson was already gone.
Flipping over to get up, Flossie was about to get off the bed when she saw the neatly folded quilt at the foot of the bed. Thinking about it, she rather frustratedly touched her nose.
Even not in the Forces, Glenn Hutchinson was this rigid.
Helplessly getting out of bed, Flossie Wright mimicked Glenn Hutchinson’s actions, folding her quilt neatly, placing it next to Glenn Hutchinson’s quilt.
After tidying up, another look at the time suddenly made her realize it was already seven in the morning.
Quickly tidying up, after washing up, fixing her clothes, and donning a hat, Flossie was just about to step out the door when she heard the unified shouting from the window—
"One two one, one two one—"
The voices were in unison, extremely loud.
The sound wasn’t unfamiliar, yet in this unfamiliar place, it was quite curious.
Therefore, Flossie turned around and went to the window, looking out at the expansive ground below.
Row after row of familiar military uniforms, fully armed, running on the open ground in perfect unison under the gentle morning sun.
Flossie leaned against the window, watching leisurely from above.
Formation training, jogging warm-ups, hand-to-hand combat, shooting drills...
This was long-missed basic training.
Not only were there Aaron Doom members, but other forces as well. Yet, when they gathered, they all wore the same peacekeeping uniforms, the same national insignia, with no distinction in identity. Initially, Flossie Wright observed a few Aaron Doom people but soon watched the training purely for enjoyment.
No matter whether there was war today, they were constantly training, preparing, in an absolutely systematic place, nothing like the leisurely, casual demeanor of Anonymous.
