Even the time it took to fire the guns was nearly identical.
Mariana Buck was one second faster.
Both completed their tasks within three and a half minutes.
"The scores are the same."
After looking through the telescope, Joshua Bailey came beside Dallion Collins and whispered to him.
Dallion Collins nodded to show he understood.
Then he looked at Mariana Buck and Cassie Ferguson as they stood up.
Mariana Buck’s emotions were not apparent, and she didn’t show excessive pride. Cassie Ferguson, on the other hand, furrowed her brow, clearly unable to conceal her frustration.
"Cassie Ferguson, do you have any objections?"
With a slight relax of his brow, Dallion Collins gazed at Cassie Ferguson and asked in a slightly cold tone.
With a stern face, Cassie Ferguson answered him firmly, word by word.
"Do you accept defeat?" Dallion Collins asked slowly.
"I do not accept!" Cassie Ferguson’s expression was cold, her words still persistent.
"Why?" Dallion Collins asked.
"I just do not accept!" Cassie Ferguson insisted.
No, she would not accept anyone.
In her dictionary, the word "accept" didn’t exist!
It was only by not accepting that one could surpass!
To say "accept" was merely to excuse one’s own cowardice.
She could lose, but she could not accept.
A single defeat didn’t mean forever.
Hearing her answer, Flossie Wright’s lazy gaze swept over, landing on that resolute face, and involuntarily, her eyebrows raised and a shallow smile formed on her lips.
"Losers stay behind," Dallion Collins called out loudly, ignoring Cassie Ferguson’s persistence, "All who lost, stand properly for me!"
The latter was a command.
The soldiers, accustomed to following orders, immediately stopped their lively, physical exercises and then swarmed forward, rushing towards Dallion Collins to form up.
Belinda Nichols, Becca Reyes, Jessie Grain, and Iris Dukes had all won their competitions and had gone to the Training Ground to complete other subjects half an hour earlier.
In the line of losers, somehow Cassie Ferguson got pushed next to Flossie Wright.
Only, when Cassie Ferguson looked coldly at her, Flossie Wright didn’t even spare her a glance.
So, Cassie Ferguson withdrew her gaze.
"Flossie Wright!"
The line had just formed when Dallion Collins at the forefront called out Flossie Wright’s name once again.
Even Joshua Bailey, who was preparing to leave, stopped in his tracks when he heard the name.

Isn’t it a punishment?
Why is he calling Flossie Wright’s name again?
This guy Dallion Collins...
You can’t fool the Captain’s "wife"!
Flossie Wright called out boldly.
"Step out!"
Dallion Collins’s voice was crisp and clear.
So was Flossie Wright’s response.
Flossie Wright trotted over to the front of the line and eventually stopped in front of Dallion Collins.
She stood at attention.
"In just now’s competition," he paused slightly, Dallion Collins held a handgun in his hand, playing with it casually before finally asking Flossie Wright, "An accident occurred?"
Though not understanding the reason, Flossie Wright still responded with vigor.
"Considering that it was an accidental factor and not a matter of your ability," Dallion Collins raised his eyebrows and said with a mischievous smile, "I’ll give you another chance."
Flossie Wright didn’t speak.
Give her another chance?
She hoped it was truly a "chance" and not a freshly dug hole.
Dallion Collins took two steps forward, then lifted his gaze, his eyes lazily sweeping over the crowd lined up behind Flossie Wright.
"Choose any ten people. Beat them, and you’re free to go," he said, smiling in the most innocent manner.
Joshua Bailey looked at Dallion Collins with suspicion, even he didn’t know what medicine Dallion Collins was selling in his gourd.
"I pick myself?" Flossie Wright asked after a pause, arching an eyebrow.
"Yes," Dallion Collins nodded.
"Anybody?" Flossie Wright asked again.
"Correct," Dallion Collins confirmed again.
Flossie Wright suddenly smiled at him.
Caught off guard, Dallion Collins met her slightly amused eyes and suddenly felt a sense of foreboding.
Following that, Flossie Wright took two steps forward.
Then, turning around, she lifted her eyes, scanning all the cadets present.
"Any of you who are confident you can beat me, step forward!"
Flossie Wright spoke deliberately.
Her voice was cool yet calm, each word laced with flamboyance, and within that composed demeanor shone unwavering confidence.
In an instant, not only did the cadets hesitate, but even Dallion Collins and Joshua Bailey twitched their mouths severely.
The entire place fell into utter silence.
Only the roaring wind passed by.
