"Was that Flossie Wright who just fired?"
After blurting out her question, Jocelyn Carrington instinctively looked around, seemingly desperate to find a definitive answer.
After a slight pause, Becca Reyes subtly gestured towards the tree where Flossie was hiding. Jocelyn noticed and charged towards it without a second thought, searching high and low. Yet, she found no trace of the slippery figure.
Confirming that Jocelyn really couldn’t locate Flossie, Becca began to grow suspicious. Ignoring the cries of two Blue Army soldiers, she walked over to the tree. She looked up, saw nothing, and was startled. Flossie, who had been there just moments ago, seemed to have vanished into thin air.
Becca frowned slightly, feeling a chill down her spine.
She guessed that after making the shot, Flossie must have slipped away without leaving a trace...
That damn trickster!

"Where is she?"
After circling around, an aggravated Jocelyn abruptly grabbed Becca’s arm and demanded.
Becca glanced at her, nonchalantly shrugged her off, and said, "Who are you talking about? There’s no one here but me."
Caught off guard, Jocelyn bit her lip almost to the point of bleeding.
Is she messing with me?!
"Hey," Becca nudged Jocelyn’s arm after a pause, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "You fancy Flossie, don’t you? Always trailing after her?"
Jocelyn stood there, dumbstruck. It took her a few seconds to register Becca’s insinuations, and then her face turned beet red, "Damn it, what the hell are you talking about?!"
Becca gave her a knowing look, a grin tugging at her lips, "It’s alright, no need to be shy. I can set you guys up when I get some time."
Thus, the color drained entirely from Jocelyn’s face.
Damn it, what the hell is going on?!
As Jocelyn remained frozen with shock, Becca clapped her hands and turned to head deeper into the jungle. However, just as she was about to leave, she turned to give Jocelyn a friendly wave, "I’m off now, let’s continue our chat later."
It wasn’t until Becca had been gone for a good while that sparks began to fly from Jocelyn’s eyes, as she yelled at Becca’s retreating figure —
"Becca Reyes, go to hell!"
Meanwhile, everyone who heard their conversation sympathized with Jocelyn’s plight.
Anyone could tell that Jocelyn had been played like a fiddle by Becca.
Just as Becca took her leave, the Blue Army reinforcements hurriedly arrived. They couldn’t help but notice the "dead" soldiers from both armies. They instinctively wanted to ask the "dead" Blue Army soldiers whether any had escaped and in which direction. However, under the hawkish glare of the Red Team’s "dead," they dared not openly break the rules. Instead, they huddled together acting oblivious, fueling the ire of their comrades abandoning them. Eventually, the Blue Army reinforcements located the Red Team’s escape traces and followed them.
As for Flossie Wright and Becca Reyes, they took a different route entirely from the Red Team. Due to their high counter-surveillance awareness, their meandering path left no traces.
"You shameless one, you sure know how to make a quick escape."
Becca had walked about three hundred meters in dense jungle, hardly an ideal environment for movement. Slightly winded, she cringed at the sight of Flossie waiting for her, and blurted out a sarcastic remark.
