Glenn Hutchinson stared closely at her.
His eyes grew deeper and more enigmatic, subtly containing something, various emotions converged yet never fully revealed.
"Is there a problem with the map?"
Having not received an answer from Glenn, Flossie Wright furrowed her brows in confusion.
In a low tone, Glenn denied.
Simultaneously, he reined in his thoughts.
"Then," with a puzzled eyebrow raise, Flossie asked, "What is it?"
"You look better than the map." Glenn replied sincerely, looking at her.
Opening her mouth, Flossie found herself at a loss for words.
After a moment, she retracted her hands, leaned her whole body against the back of the sofa, then crossed her legs and raised an eyebrow at Glenn, "Let’s look at the map first and discuss any questions later."
With one sentence, she brought the matter back to the mission.
Glenn helplessly withdrew his gaze.
Lowered his head to look at the map.
Two maps, Glenn looked at them quickly, but to remember them clearly, took two minutes.
After confirming all the marked points, Glenn pushed the notebook to the center.
"Come here."
With a finger on the notebook, Glenn said to Flossie.
So, seeing Glenn return to his usual demeanor, Flossie approached, placed her hand on the table’s edge, listening to Glenn’s thoughts.
However, Glenn’s words were not really opinions.
He directly placed Flossie in the same position as him, discussing the attack plan together.
Flossie first laid out the plan she had given to the person in charge.
The reason she earned the trust of the person in charge, and successfully acquired funding for Perry Reed, was inseparable from Flossie’s complete and meticulous planning.
As she analyzed step by step, from external situations to surrounding threats, if she were on the enemy’s side, she would know everything inside out and that complete plan covered almost every possibility and solution.
Just from hearing her, Glenn felt grateful that Flossie wasn’t on the enemy’s side.
Otherwise, this battle for capture might have succeeded, but the casualties would definitely be severe.
Glenn listened with his heart pounding, yet Flossie spoke with delight.
After laying out her plan to the person in charge, she began analyzing what methods they should adopt if the person in charge followed her plan.
Attacking and defending, advancing and retreating, seemed to turn into her personal battlefield.
Glenn listened slowly.
Waiting until she finished.
By that time, it was already two in the afternoon.
During this period, Glenn had been summoned several times, which he managed successfully.
"Of course, anything can change," Flossie said, resting her chin, summarizing, tapping her finger on the house map, and spoke leisurely, "The only thing that won’t change is that they will definitely defend the stronghold to the death."
"Hmm."

Glenn nodded slightly.
When looking at Flossie again, his eyes showed undisguised admiration.
Flossie pridefully raised an eyebrow.
With a slight smile, Glenn withdrew his gaze and began discussing the ensuing combat plan with her.
Based on the surrounding terrain and house structure, along with the most likely ambush spots, analyzing various possibilities, drafting the safest combat plan, and adding multiple backup plans to prevent various accidents.
Only when the plan was finally confirmed did Glenn feel a bit of a headache.
Because when Flossie strategized for the enemy, her approach was a bit too ruthless, most plans were about strengthening their side’s response.
