The words fell silent.
Immediately, all the students turned around and hurried to the back.
This is Snow Mountain, not the Snowfield, the direction is easy to distinguish, and there are various obstacles, they won’t easily lose their way.
However, the thick snow made it difficult for them to move.
Every step sank into a snow pit, and since they weren’t wearing professional snow boots, it was even a problem to pull their feet out.
"What kind of mischief are they up to now?"
"How do we walk this path?!"
"I’m so fed up with them, hitting us with surprises out of nowhere, without any mental preparation."
"Oh, if we endure their training, even if we roll back to the old Forces, it feels like there’s nothing left to fear."
On the way, the students couldn’t help but grumble. If Joshua Bailey wasn’t following behind, they probably would have started cursing.
Flossie Wright and Belinda Nichols supported each other in silence, following the crowd.
About half an hour later, they finally arrived at the place where the equipment was placed.
On the Snowfield, the scattered pieces of equipment seemed to have been thrown down from a helicopter, each hitting and leaving a dent, and they were really audacious, not afraid of these things being stolen.
Just as Flossie Wright and Belinda Nichols got their footing, they heard a panicked cry.
A heavy object fell beside Flossie’s foot.
When they looked down, they discovered it was a person.
Iris Dukes was dejectedly rubbing her nose, brimming with tears, supporting herself in the snow and struggling to get up from the ground.
As soon as her hands exerted force, they sank into the snow.
She fell to the ground once again.
Flossie looked on helplessly, reaching out her left hand toward her.
Noticing the hand, Iris Dukes glanced up, saw it was Flossie and smiled, then happily extended her hand to her.
With Flossie’s help, she managed to get up from the ground smoothly.
"Thank you, Flossie."
Rubbing the back of her head, Iris Dukes cheerfully smiled at Flossie.
"No problem."
Flossie simply replied with two words.
Then, she and Belinda moved forward to "pick up" the equipment on the ground.
Iris Dukes followed behind them gleefully.
After only a few steps, she once again cried, "Ah——," and fell to the ground.
Upon hearing the sound and turning back, Flossie saw her in that state, and the corner of her mouth twitched.
Watching her awkwardly trying to get up, Flossie rubbed her forehead and took two steps toward her, pulling her up from the ground once again.
Having finally gained her footing, Iris Dukes smiled shyly at Flossie, her eyes curving in embarrassment.
Instability was her biggest problem.
Flossie glanced at her twice, tilted her head, took the equipment Belinda handed over, and casually gave it to Iris Dukes.
Grabbing the equipment, Iris Dukes widened her eyes in disbelief.
Flossie ignored her, turned around, surveyed for the nearest piece of equipment, took two steps toward it, planning to grab it.
But, just as she bent down, she saw a pair of feet in front of her, and another hand reaching for the equipment.
Both seemed to notice someone opposite them, paused slightly, and looked up at each other.
Flossie squinted and saw Cassie Ferguson’s indifferent face.
Narrowing her eyes slightly, Flossie smiled, her hand still reaching for the equipment below.
At the same time, Cassie glared, equally fixated on the equipment, reaching out to block Flossie’s hand.
Her hand stopped hard halfway, while Flossie’s hand smoothly grabbed the equipment, lifting it slightly into her possession.
Cassie looked to the side, glaring ferociously at the person beside her.
Belinda remained impassive, her gaze cold as she looked at her, saying nothing, but the grip on Cassie’s hand tightened more.
Fixing an icy stare at Belinda, Cassie spoke slowly, full of menace.
"Don’t touch her," Belinda countered, her tone equally cold, "or else, it’s not over."
