Watching Rowdy Brightwill’s nervous demeanor, Drake Easton carefully reflected.
Telling Rowdy Brightwill about Flossie Wright’s situation was because he was already paying attention. Now, it seemed that in the future, it would be better not to rush to tell him about such matters.
It might just stir up trouble.
"What do you want to do?"
Grabbing the leaving Rowdy Brightwill, Drake Easton asked with a stern face.
"I’m going to call Austin Shepherd."
Frowning, Drake Easton said, "What’s the rush? If Flossie shows up, he’ll notify us."
He had been helping Bard Walker to get an update and ended up discussing Flossie; however, they had agreed that if Flossie appeared, Austin Shepherd would inform him.
Startled, Rowdy Brightwill approached him and asked, "Do you have your phone?"
"On vibrate?"
"It’s on loud, are you done yet?!" Drake Easton said irritably, shoving him away with a slap.
Such a nuisance!

What a weirdo!
Soon, Rowdy Brightwill approached with a smile, "I’m just worried, you know..."
Snorting coldly, Drake Easton walked around him and headed towards the dormitory.
Without a doubt, Rowdy Brightwill immediately followed.
In the Surveillance Room, the lighting was dim.
Austin Shepherd hugged a laptop, his fingers moving rapidly across it.
He pulled up each new recruit’s data, evaluating, grading, and filtering them based on their performance.
Those marked in red were already decided to be filtered out, those marked in blue were pending based on their subsequent performance, and those marked in white were definitely going to stay.
As time ticked away, the room was filled with a tense aura, and Austin Shepherd’s marking and summarizing were reaching an end.
On the screen, there was only one name left—
Flossie Wright.
Sighing, Austin Shepherd glanced at the time displayed on the monitor.
Four minutes to go.
There were only three people in the room.
Himself, Nancy Phillips standing by the window, and Nathan Foster pacing back and forth in the room.
No one spoke.
When the sound of the keyboard stopped, only the sound of Nathan’s footsteps remained.
"What time is it now?"
Walking over impatiently, Nathan Foster asked with a grim face, clearly annoyed.
"Hmm," Austin Shepherd glanced at the time and said reluctantly, "57, three minutes left."
Biting his teeth, he muttered a curse under his breath.
Yet, those eyes couldn’t help but dart towards the various monitors.
The atmosphere in the room gradually became heavier again.
Nancy Phillips, leaning against the window, seemed unable to sit still any longer, walked forward a few steps, browsing through the monitors one by one.
Since early this morning, the other new recruits had been arriving one after the other.
Calvin Ramos was the first.
At that time, Nathan Foster had even commented, thankful that Flossie hadn’t beaten them.
Things didn’t go as expected.
Until the afternoon, they had not seen Flossie Wright, and someone mentioned her, making them a bit more concerned.
At 10:36 PM, all the new recruits, except for Flossie Wright, had arrived.
Their results might not have been stellar, but at least they completed the mission.
There was still Flossie Wright!
Remembering Flossie’s antics at the pub, they began to worry not only about her assessment but also whether something had happened to her now.
