After a lot of fuss, I arrived here half an hour early.
Unexpectedly, the person who showed up was completely unforeseen.
Even someone I’ve never met before.
Flossie Wright stopped in front of her, calmly retorting.
"Who else?" Quinn Milton asked coldly.
After a pause, Flossie didn’t respond to her, instead, she took out her phone.
She held the phone and waved it in front of Quinn.

The screen lit up, showing the message sent this afternoon.
"Are you waiting for this?"
Flossie curled her lips, squinting as she posed the question to her.
"How is the phone in your hand?"
Quinn looked at her in disbelief, almost shocked.
Could it be—
She was the one who sent the message?
Flossie shrugged but did not answer her question.
"What do you want?"
Quinn examined her, and cautiously took a step back.
The woman before her was overwhelming, her gaze alone sent chills down one’s spine.
Fear crept up involuntarily.
"Let me ask you something."
Fixing her gaze on Quinn, Flossie spoke lazily.
Quinn eyed her defensively.
"Do you know Janice Wood?" Flossie raised an eyebrow and asked slowly.
"Are you her friend?" Quinn stared at her suspiciously, growing more alert.
Flossie did not hide this fact.
"I know her," Quinn instinctively straightened her back, swallowing, as she asked, "So what?"
"Well then," Flossie paused slightly, then furrowed her brow, her gaze cooling a bit, "I have a few questions for you."
Not far away, Julie Nixon stood hiding behind a tree.
Listening intently to their conversation.
And, as he thought about what might be said next, his heart brimmed with unease.
It seemed—
Something beyond what he anticipated might occur.
"Did you spread Janice Wood’s rumors?"
Stepping closer to Quinn, Flossie asked coldly.
"What are you talking about? I don’t know anything." Quinn guardedly looked at her, while keeping an eye on the phone in her hand.
There’s definitely something off about this.
Naturally, she wouldn’t fall for it easily.
Flossie played with the phone, slightly raising her eyebrows, seemingly intrigued.
"What’s wrong with you?!"
Quinn furrowed her brow tightly, looking at her angrily, raising her voice in questioning.
Flossie curled her lips, unwilling to tangle with her over words, directly stepping forward two steps, she grabbed Quinn’s collar.
Quinn came alone, in a secluded spot, unable to handle Flossie nor find other help.
The tightened collar caused Quinn’s face to flush red instantly.
Flossie lowered her eyes, observing her.
She looked good, makeup was good, skin well-maintained, worthy of the campus beauty title.
"What are you trying to do?"
Quinn gritted her teeth, glaring at Flossie in annoyance and anger.
What is all this?
Strangely summoned here, then asked about Janice Wood’s affairs, could Janice be seeking revenge?
She had been very careful.
Even Janice wouldn’t know who spread the rumors.
