When Glenn Hutchinson arrived, it was exactly ten o’clock.
He appeared silently at the classroom door. After frightening the students who had been in heated discussion into a state of shock, he threw a few warning glances at Flossie Wright, then disappeared at the moment the class started.
Flossie Wright, who was inexplicably warned, found it all rather baffling.
Nevertheless, she paid no mind to it.
It was just in time, as she had been planning to find Glenn Hutchinson anyway.
When eleven o’clock came, it was finally time for class to end.
In a rare instance where the professor did not overrun the class, Flossie Wright handed her notebook and copies to Belinda Nichols, then left beforehand.
She headed straight to Glenn Hutchinson’s office.
Having been there once, she was now familiar with the route.
Flossie Wright checked the light shining from the office, then climbed the wall up to the second floor and agilely arrived outside Glenn Hutchinson’s office door.
The door was closed.
Knock, knock, knock.
Flossie Wright knocked on the door.
After waiting for a moment, there was no response.
Flossie Wright slightly furrowed her brow and was about to leave when she heard soft footsteps behind her.
"Looking for me?"
Just as she turned sideways, Flossie Wright heard a low inquiry.
The familiar rich voice gently fell into her ears, with a hint of charm.
The corridor was dimly lit, and Flossie Wright slightly narrowed her eyes, catching a glimpse of Glenn Hutchinson’s figure.
He approached slowly and was before her in a moment.
The soft, dim glow framed Glenn Hutchinson’s figure in a faint halo. As he stood in front of Flossie Wright, he blocked the light that was falling down.
A shadow suddenly fell in front of her, and as Flossie Wright looked up, her eyes met Glenn Hutchinson’s deep gaze.
"Looking for you."
Flossie Wright replied calmly.
Maintaining a certain distance.
Lowering his eyes, Glenn Hutchinson looked at her for a moment, then took out his keys and walked past Flossie Wright to the side.
He opened the office door.
As he pushed the door open, Glenn Hutchinson’s voice sounded.
Immediately afterward, Glenn Hutchinson entered first and turned on the light switch with a lift of his hand.
Seeing Glenn Hutchinson enter, Flossie Wright didn’t hesitate either. She followed him inside and casually pushed the door to a close.
After entering, Glenn Hutchinson tossed the keys onto the desk, then walked over to the window and opened the tightly shut window.
Flossie Wright made herself at home, directly pulling a chair over to the opposite side of the desk and sitting down.
Glenn Hutchinson opened the window, letting the cold wind pour in, then came over to sit across from Flossie Wright.
He sat down on the office chair.
The two sat facing each other, with an entirely business-like demeanor.
"What is it?"
Tapping on the desktop, Glenn Hutchinson gently raised his eyes, asking unhurriedly.
"I want to know the training plan for the next couple of days."
Sitting straight in the chair, Flossie Wright’s gaze was calm and steady as she looked directly at Glenn Hutchinson.
She was here with a purpose.
Moreover, she was determined to achieve it.
"You just want to know?"
After a slight pause, Glenn Hutchinson raised his eyes and asked another question.
"I need to know first."
Flossie Wright replied leisurely.
Glenn Hutchinson gazed at her, "I think I need to know the reason."
"You don’t need to know."
Flossie Wright emphasized, firmly looking at him.
Leaning back slightly, Glenn Hutchinson reclined against the chair back, leisurely asking her, "What do you intend to use to persuade me?"
