Joanna walked over to him.
"Is there something you need?" Joshua Bailey forced a fake smile.
This one was different from Flossie Wright. When Flossie was targeting him, it did make him a bit nervous, but Flossie had limits in her actions. After a while together, there wasn’t much trouble.
However, this one did everything in an official manner.
Really quite difficult to deal with.
"Arrange Mariana Buck and Cassie Ferguson together for the afternoon training." Joanna stopped and asked her, "Is that okay?"
"Why?" Joshua wrinkled his brow oddly.
Joanna knew about the training arrangements; as the captain of the female soldiers, she could provide feedback to the instructor anytime and also make appropriate adjustments to the training plan with him.
After all, this was the first time they’d trained female soldiers, and compared to Joanna, they were still a bit inexperienced.
"Competition." Joanna said firmly.
"This..." Joshua paused, "Shouldn’t Flossie Wright be with them?"
"Mariana Buck and Cassie Ferguson are similar in strength," Joanna explained, "Flossie Wright has some issues with Cassie Ferguson, but she gets along well with Mariana Buck."
In short, arranging Flossie Wright with them was partly to prevent her from getting too competitive, and also to ensure Flossie had some motivation.
"I’ll talk to the captain about it."
After thinking it over, Joshua nodded.
Joanna nodded back at him, said no more, and then turned and left.
She didn’t head in the direction of the departing trainees, but instead took another path, a shortcut to the cafeteria.
This was something Joanna discovered yesterday.
It was because of this shortcut that she was able to spare some time to talk with Joshua.
However, she hadn’t expected a large number of people would be on this road.
After a short walk down the shortcut, there was a road leading straight to the cafeteria.
Joanna looked up and saw many familiar faces, including Flossie Wright, Belinda Nichols, and others, who stood out conspicuously.
A little surprised but unworried, Joanna maintained her pace forward.
A little further ahead.
"Hey, hey, hey, that’s the cafeteria up ahead, right?"
Always sticking close to Flossie Wright was Iris Dukes, who suddenly pointed to a white building in the front, speaking excitedly.
Flossie estimated aloud.
She had toured the campus yesterday, which is why she knew the shortcut from the Language Building to the dormitory.
Along the way, she discovered many cafeterias, at least more than ten, but Joshua Bailey and the others, typical of them, would probably only designate one building for them to eat in.
Which specific one would depend on their luck; otherwise, they could be searching until eight-thirty.
Unfortunately, their luck wasn’t good.
"Clap, clap, clap."
Ahead, the sound of clapping arose.
"Everyone, look here," Rowdy Brightwill took a few steps forward and waved to the other trainees who followed him, "Near the dormitory building, there are five buildings. Based on their usual routine, we can definitely only enter one cafeteria. So, let’s split into five groups, and once we find it, we’ll notify everyone in front of the cafeteria, okay?"
"Good!"

"This plan works!"
Immediately, voices of agreement echoed among the crowd.
Rowdy Brightwill snapped his fingers, and the trainees instantly and automatically divided into four groups, sprinting towards their targets!
Soon enough, only Flossie Wright, Belinda Nichols, Iris Dukes, Sandy Cruz, Jessie Grain, Mariana Buck, and Rowdy Brightwill remained behind.
