Six days of wilderness survival, the last two are the hardest.
For both trainees and instructors.
The trainees’ long journey has already exhausted their bodies to the extreme, and in such a fatigued state, accidents can easily occur.
In the past, this period was always the peak of accidents, and also the busiest time for instructors and rescue personnel.
Fortunately, nothing irreparable happened.
Though it was a bit busy and tiring, it didn’t make anyone’s heart race with fear.
Two days later, the wilderness survival ended, and the trainees were dragged back without exception.
Aaron Doom is not such a cruel place, they were given a day to rest, followed by an hour to write about their experiences and evaluate the people they encountered.
In the evening, Flossie Wright read the female trainees’ evaluations until midnight.
Glenn Hutchinson made a special round to come to the office to find her.
"Have you finished reading?" Glenn Hutchinson went straight to her desk.
Flossie Wright raised an eyebrow and gathered up the papers.
"How is it?" Glenn, who initially had some grievances, now showed a bit more interest.
He was quite interested in a few female soldiers.
Flossie’s cohort was the first time he trained female soldiers, and now he had handed all the female soldiers over to Flossie to handle, and he basically only needed to consider whether Flossie’s methods could be executed.
In fact, considering how lenient he was with Flossie, that consideration didn’t really count.
Flossie pulled out the top three sheets of paper and pushed them in front of Glenn.
The ones she focused on were the evaluations by Luna Vaughan, Callie Stewart, and Nancy Phillips.
With some doubts, Glenn took the three evaluations and browsed them from beginning to end.
Truly intelligent people never show off by lowering their IQ.
The previous cohort, Flossie, Belinda Nichols, Jessie Grain, Mariana Buck, even Cassie Ferguson... none of them directly pointed out others’ faults, merely narrated from an objective level, but the way they expressed themselves to influence the instructors’ views of others was a sophisticated skill.
Glenn remembered how Flossie had described some clueless, selfish behaviors in a deadpan, praising manner, and Joshua Bailey and others had discussed it for a long time.
As for Luna, Callie, and Nancy, they naturally didn’t say anything bad, not even making critically objective evaluations of individuals, just a few words affirming the other’s capabilities.
There were some indirect hints.
But they weren’t anything major.
With the precedent of Cassie Ferguson, Glenn didn’t fully trust this cohort of stronger female soldiers, especially the three of them.
But after seeing these evaluations, Glenn felt half relieved.
Coming here was never simply about capability; interviews are interspersed throughout the training from beginning to end. Wherever the instructors’ eyes scan, any non-compliant bits are documented, and subsequent interview scores are based on this.
They are Aaron Doom; they will face many things in the future, so they need to have a 100% understanding of every trainee. If something really happens then, it’s hard to explain.
"There’s one more thing."
Flossie Wright twirled the pen in her hand, leaned back, and rested against the chair back.
"This afternoon, Nancy Phillips came to see me," Flossie lazily replied.

"What about?" Glenn followed her words and asked.
"She wants to leave." Flossie threw the pen onto the desk, the crisp sound covering her voice, yet it was still clear enough to hear.
Glenn’s eyes flickered; he didn’t seem too surprised.
"The reason."
"She just came to take a look." Flossie shrugged.
Not surprisingly, Flossie clearly saw Glenn’s face darken.
Take a look?
Do they think this is an amusement park?
"She’s not young, said she wants to settle down," Flossie stood up, smiling at him, "just fulfilling a wish."
Nancy hadn’t given Flossie a definitive reason.
It seemed like she came for Rowdy Brightwill.
Or perhaps for some obsession.
She didn’t go to see Rowdy Brightwill, maybe because of Belinda, or perhaps other reasons.
She had been here for a month, never complained along the way, had encountered quite a few things, yet she never seemed to struggle for any particular obsession, as if she was just understanding everything.
