"Bang ——"

The resounding sound of gunfire echoed through the night sky.
In the tent, both Flossie Wright and Janice Wood paused and furrowed their brows at the sound of a loud explosion at the door.
With a cold glance, Flossie’s terrifying gaze passed over the bound captive. The man was still trying to process the sudden appearance of two women, sizing them up and down.
"You take care of him," Flossie said casually without waiting for the captive to speak, flicking her military knife and instructing Janice, then walked out.
For some reason, seeing Flossie’s cold, retreating figure, Janice couldn’t help but worry about the ill-fated pair at the door.
The two culprits outside hadn’t fled the crime scene, yet the moment Flossie emerged, she began to fire her gun without uttering a single word.
Even though the two "dead" were wearing bulletproof vests, the blank ammunition which was fired at them at close range hit them hard and painfully.
What was even more terrifying was that they tried to run upon seeing Flossie. However, the very first bullets that hit them struck their kneecaps, disabling their mobility. This was followed by merciless torture.
"Bang ——"
"Bang Bang ——"
"Bang Bang Bang ——"
The Type 95 automatic rifle could hold thirty bullets in the magazine. The unsuppressed gunshots resounded with each bullet, undoubtedly hitting them and causing them intense pain.
"We’re already dead, isn’t it shameless to abuse corpses?!"
"Damn, don’t you know the rules? Believe it or not, we’ll report you!"
Despite their complaining, Flossie who had fired fifteen bullets consecutively, decided to stop her barrage, unwilling to waste more bullets on them.
"Dead men shooting, your leader will definitely ’reward’ you well."
Flossie spoke icily, and her threat made the pair instantly shut up.
Indeed, they had violated the training rules beforehand. If word got out, there would certainly be retribution when they got back.
All Flossie did was shoot at already "dead" bodies, at most this could be considered "corpse abuse".
Just as Flossie was initiating her second round of swift gunfire, the other soldiers arrived. She didn’t linger, firing her rifle at two soldiers who were just revealing their heads. By the time they heard the sound of the gun, Flossie had already reentered the tent.
Two bullets were fired with the sound. Instantly, two columns of red smoke rose, signifying their "death".
"Let’s go."
Just as Flossie had entered, she saw smoke arising from the captive’s head. She ignored his furious gaze, told Janice a word, then tore open the other side of the tent and left.
The night, the trees, the sound of gunfire.
With her unbelievably precise gunmanship, Flossie always produced smoke wherever her bullets went. However, she wasn’t fond of lingering in battles; she focused on evasion and dealing with the most aggressive soldiers.
One shot, one kill.
With awe in her heart, Janice followed Flossie. She had always known that Flossie was an excellent marksman, but she never expected her to be perfect to the point of never wasting a bullet.
This was absolutely mind-boggling.
Meanwhile, on the other side.
Under the glimmering moonlight, a man stood in the shadow of the trees. His tall and straight silhouette, stern and hard outlines shimmered a bit in the darkness. His deep and icy eyes mirrored a hunting leopard’s, reflecting the hillside occupied by gunshots, a sense of deep mourning flickered in his eyes.
