Flossie Wright took it.
She hadn’t touched these for two days.
The gun, the knife, the icy temperature transmitted through the skin of her palm, magically imparting a sense of security.
She played with it for a while before seriously considering Perry Reed’s question.
"Where to go..."
Lifting a finger to her smooth chin, Flossie Wright narrowed her eyes slightly.
Today was the deadline for the second mission.
She didn’t want to complete the mission.
The reason she had given them three days was that this mission couldn’t be accomplished in a short time.
"Get ’useful information’."
A simple phrase, but not easy to execute.
Identify the target, infiltrate, engage in conversation, and escape successfully.
If the execution wasn’t perfect, or she targeted the wrong person, accidents could happen at any time.
With only a few hours left until nightfall, Flossie Wright couldn’t possibly discover the information and then, without alerting anyone, obtain the useful information.
She had decided to abandon this mission long ago.
With a smile, she packed away the gun and knife, and Flossie Wright leaned back, resting against the back of the chair.

"Give me a map, of this city, preferably a three-dimensional one."
She spoke with a tone full of mystery and intrigue.
Being out these past few days had been more tiring than being with the Forces.
It was time to go back.
Evening, eleven o’clock.
North Sea Fleet.
The night was deep, yet clear running footsteps could still be heard on the playground opposite the office building.
During weekends, training was less intense, but the number of people running on the playground never decreased.
Lines of figures under the faint moonlight cast dark silhouettes, their steps steady and pace uniform as they moved around the track.
After running five kilometers.
Rowdy Brightwill had warmed up, and was about to pick up the pace, when he caught sight of a familiar figure approaching in the distance.
It was Drake Easton’s voice.
Pausing his step, Rowdy Brightwill nodded to the others and left the group, jogging toward Drake Easton.
"Looking for me?"
As he reached Drake Easton, Rowdy Brightwill gradually stopped and wiped the sweat from his forehead.
Drake Easton nodded, his face as serious as ever.
"What’s up?"
"It’s about Flossie Wright."
"Uh," Rowdy Brightwill perked up upon hearing the name, and expressed his surprise, "What about her now?"
"Austin Shepherd just told me," Drake Easton paused, maintaining his stern expression, "Today, for the whole day, Flossie Wright has not been seen."
Surprised, Rowdy Brightwill frowned in confusion, "Isn’t today the second evaluation?"
"She’s been absent the whole time?"
"Seems so." Drake Easton nodded.
"What’s going on...?" Rowdy Brightwill couldn’t help feeling anxious and quickly asked, "What time is it now?"
"Just past eleven."
"Still, still okay..."
Suppressing his nervousness, Rowdy Brightwill’s brows furrowed deeply.
There was one hour left until the end.
But he couldn’t stop worrying.
At some point, Flossie Wright had become a magnet for mishaps in his mind.
No matter what she was instructed to do, something unexpected could happen.
Her first trip to the city, she was decked out in designer brands; at the amusement park, she disappeared and reappeared like a ghost; in the middle of the night at the pub, she caused a huge scene; and now...
She hadn’t actually run into trouble, had she?
