He hadn’t even had a chance to react, and by the time he realized, the murderous looking spoon came straight at him, splitting the air as it whizzed by his ear, bringing with it a petrifying chill. The displaced air hit his skin, sending chills down his spine.
"What are you trying to do?"
The man sat frozen, his body becoming rigid. He couldn’t believe what had just happened, he could only open his eyes wide to question Flossie, but his confidence seemed to be lacking.
The unexpected move had completely confused the man.
If he hadn’t paid much attention to Flossie before, he now looked at her as if she were a ghost. The fright wasn’t fading away, his heart continued to beat fast, as if it was about to jump out.
