Perhaps Austin Shepherd didn’t pull them aside because the matter was serious, but because he feared the clingy Yvonne Watson. Thus, he thought of a way to escape.
As Yvonne Watson had remained tight-lipped about her feelings, Austin Shepherd couldn’t outright refuse her. Thus, it evolved to Yvonne Watson appearing and Austin Shepherd finding an excuse to leave the cooking class.
Seeing unrequited love to this extent, Becca Reyes couldn’t help but admire her.
Out of discretion, Austin Shepherd didn’t go very far after leaving, stopping in a corner about ten meters away. Flossie Wright and Becca Reyes followed obediently without any behind-the-scenes tricks.

The Brigadier had previously considered having Austin Shepherd take over Nathan Foster’s duties. Since Nathan Foster assumed the role of Instructor, there had been a number of incidents. Although she was friends with Janice Wood, she wouldn’t defend her friend without reason.
