Looking at the piece of paper, Flossie Wright’s expression shifted slightly and only after a moment did she regain her composure.
"What does this mean?"
Raising an eyebrow, Flossie looked at Glenn Hutchinson quizzically.
"It means exactly what you see."
Glenn Hutchinson spoke slowly.
"This is even less according to the rules," Flossie said casually.
Whether she got a promotion or not, it didn’t interest her much.
A Military Officer did indeed receive special privileges, but she didn’t necessarily have to enjoy those privileges.
To her, the improvement of her abilities was perhaps a bit more interesting.
So, suddenly being given such a high rank, she could think most rationally.
Special privileges?
Is it possible?
"It’s not my decision either." Glenn Hutchinson naturally deflected the blame.
Regarding Flossie’s promotion, Glenn Hutchinson didn’t have the authority.
One could only see the decision made by those who could decide.
Of course, even though such a decision was a suggestion he had proposed.
"What about Belinda Nichols?" Flossie asked, pursing her lips.
"She’s getting promoted too." Glenn Hutchinson nodded, and after a pause, he added, "Lieutenant."
After pondering for a moment, Flossie continued to ask, "What about the others?"
"On the Frogman side, all those who should be promoted have been," Glenn Hutchinson answered truthfully, "The others have no military merits."
For a promotion, military merits are naturally needed.
Flossie participated in several real combat situations; in the Marine Corps, her military merits were more than enough to make her a Lieutenant. If she hadn’t been suddenly recruited by Glenn Hutchinson, the Brigadier had originally intended this.
Now, Flossie had participated in the operation to eliminate drug traffickers and played a decisive role, earning military merits once again.
Reporting her credentials for this rank would seem only natural.
After a moment, Flossie nodded slightly.
According to Glenn Hutchinson, all procedures were logical and reasonable, and if there were no special circumstances in between, Flossie could accept it.
"Anything else?"

Seeing Glenn Hutchinson had no intention of leaving, Flossie raised an eyebrow and continued to ask.
"If you had to select a five-person team, choosing among male and female soldiers, what would your decision be?"
Gazing thoughtfully at Flossie, Glenn Hutchinson asked word by word.
"Belinda Nichols, Jessie Grain, Iris Dukes," stating these names one by one, Flossie finally raised an eyebrow and said, "and Sandy Cruz."
An action team needs a communications officer.
She could have picked Joe Qin, but Sandy Cruz had a higher degree of compatibility, so Flossie would naturally choose Sandy Cruz first.
Moreover, Sandy Cruz’s professional background in communications made Flossie confident in believing in this truly skilled top student.
Glenn Hutchinson nodded slightly but didn’t delve deeper into the subject.
As long as Flossie didn’t choose Rowdy Brightwill, Glenn Hutchinson didn’t mind Sandy Cruz or anyone else joining her team.
After all, another person with ideas about Flossie had already been passed over by Harris Caleb.
"I’ll see you back."
As he spoke, Glenn Hutchinson stood up.
"No need," Flossie refused faintly, also standing up, "I’m going to the Training Ground."
Glenn Hutchinson glanced at her, then withdrew his gaze.
"Take care." Curling his lips, Glenn Hutchinson said slowly.
With a simple farewell, Flossie turned and left.
Without Glenn Hutchinson following her, Flossie felt much more relaxed.
She had intended to take advantage of the last hour or so to run a few laps on the track, but as soon as she began to run half a lap, she suddenly noticed that more people were gradually gathering on the track, and most of them had their eyes on her.
