"Enough!" Abram Phillips, annoyed, yelled at the unruly male soldiers, instantly silencing them all.
The instructor next door touched his nose but chose to remain silent.
These soldiers usually had a high and mighty attitude, it was about time they got what they deserved.
"Bring over the target paper, and let them see clearly!" Abram Phillips said, his face unfriendly, addressing the soldier responsible for target scoring.
Despite his reluctance to believe that Flossie Wright could score fifty, he had seen such incredible feats before, as for all the times Flossie Wright missed the target, her scores were always remarkably high. Hence, he chose to trust her, and he was willing to use the facts to clear any doubts for her.
"Yes sir!" The soldier saluted and earnestly acknowledged.
But as he started to turn around, he ran into Rowdy Brightwill and Drake Easton, who were walking in his direction.
"No need for that." Rowdy Brightwill interrupted, waving the target paper in his hand, attracting everyone’s attention. He coldly swept his gaze over the group of soldiers, "Check it yourself and see if it was wrongly reported."
Drake Easton, following behind, watched as Rowdy Brightwill walked over to the soldiers, his strides paused slightly, before he glanced over at Flossie Wright with a meaningful look.
As calm as ever, with no hint of surprise at her own scores, Flossie displayed an unperturbed demeanor that confirmed Drake Easton’s suspicions.
The last time Flossie Wright missed the target, he took advantage of the opportunity to test her and immediately sensed that her skills were far beyond what they appeared to be.
Just after seeing the actual target, he firmly believed Flossie Wright’s scores were no fluke, but rather intentional. Even the zeros in the past could have been due to her whimsicality, deliberately fabricated.
"Take a closer look."
Rowdy Brightwill, who had strolled to the soldiers’ front, proceeded to reveal Flossie Wright’s target paper beneath everyone’s watchful eyes.
The moment they saw the target paper clearly, the shooting range sunk into silence once again, with nearly everyone staring wide-eyed, their gaze fixed on the paper.
In the vast paper, there was only one bullet hole at the center, making one think a single bullet has been fired. Yet a closer examination revealed traces from five bullets.
All five bullets had all been fired along the same path, a feat none of them could achieve.
Even Drake Easton and Rowdy Brightwill, who had spent years with bullets, wouldn’t dare absolutely guarantee they could accomplish such a feat!
The field was unnervingly silent, no one expected to see such a target paper, even Abram Phillips, as the instructor, couldn’t hide his amazement in his expressions. This target paper exceeded everyone’s imagination.
Jocelyn Carrington watched with red eyes; she glared resentfully at Flossie Wright, reluctantly witnessing Flossie’s indifferent expression. Her rage was nearly strong enough to shatter her teeth.
Achieving such results, and acting as if nothing had happened, this woman was really over the top!

Unbeknownst to them, Flossie Wright was slightly regretful, and she felt like she had gone too far this time. Compared to other places, the recruits were only just starting to gain a foundation, they were incapable of achieving such high scores.
Just as she thought, Abrams Phillips’ face transitioned from surprise to sternness, starting to doubt her existence from the beginning to the end.
Helplessly sighing in her heart, she estimated that her entire family would be investigated. However, given the Wright family’s background, there were unlikely to be any significant issues - which was also the main reason why she dared to challenge the norm.
Suppressing his doubts, Abram Phillips snorted coldly at all the soldiers and yelled, "Alright, keep going once you’ve seen it!"
Rowdy Brightwill and Drake Easton glanced at each other and knew to withdraw from the scene discretely.
All the soldiers put their shock about Flossie Wright aside, and under the pressure from the two instructors, refocused on shooting. However, their performance was far from Flossie Wright’s magical feat and hence, quite ordinary, as Flossie Wright and her outstanding marksmanship had frightened them into abandoning the idea of competition. Thus, the shooting range was unusually calm with continual rounds of shooting.
Only after all rounds of shooting were completed, did Abram Phillips and the instructor arrange a gathering for everyone once again.
"As we agreed before, those who do not meet the standards, you will go for ten laps before breakfast. Also, the team has decided that in a few days, a wilderness survival training will be arranged. Everyone do take note, this training will affect your future placement, show your best, and absolutely no distress signals unless you’re on the verge of dying!"
